Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Timeframes
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 8-16 business days
- Canada: 12-20 business days
- United Kingdom: 12-20 business days
- Europe: 14-22 business days
- Australia: 14-22 business days
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing in your country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 days for tracking information to update after shipment. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at stayvault.helpdesk@gmail.com as soon as possible. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been shipped.
Plug Type
All orders are shipped with the correct plug type for your region. No action is needed on your end — we automatically match the plug type based on your shipping address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with our shipping partners to locate your package. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
